1. Scope

This Policy applies to Teleprompter Video Recorder and the website at tittlevideooo.com. It does not govern third-party websites, app stores, operating-system services, or advertising services that publish their own privacy notices.

2. Information we handle

Content kept on your device

The App can process video recordings, microphone audio, scripts, captions, project metadata, trim selections, and exported files. This content stays on your device unless you choose to share or upload it through another app or service.

Support communications

If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. Please do not send recordings or other sensitive content unless it is necessary for support.

Device, app, and advertising data

Our advertising services process data needed to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and advertising provider, this includes:

• Advertising or app-instance identifiers;
• Approximate location inferred from an IP address;
• Device and operating-system information, language, app version, and network type;
• App interactions, ad views, clicks, impressions, and diagnostic events; and
• Crash, performance, and fraud-prevention signals.

We do not use your video recordings, microphone audio, scripts, or captions to personalize advertising.

Website data

This website is delivered as a static informational site and does not include an account system or contact form. Your hosting provider can process standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security events, to deliver and protect the site.

3. Device permissions

The App requests access only when needed for a feature:

• Screen capture: Android’s system screen-capture prompt lets you authorize a screen recording session.
• Microphone: records your narration when you enable audio recording.
• Camera: records teleprompter videos using your selected camera.
• Notifications and foreground service: shows the ongoing status and controls required for recording.
• Media access: lets the App save, preview, and share recordings and exports as supported by your Android version.

You can deny or revoke permissions in Android settings. A feature that depends on a revoked permission will not work until access is restored.

4. Advertising

Teleprompter Video Recorder is a free, advertising-supported app. Third-party advertising services deliver and measure ads, prevent invalid activity, limit repeated ads, and provide reporting. These services process the device, app, advertising, and diagnostic data described above under their own privacy notices.

Where required, the App presents consent or privacy choices before advertising data is used for personalized advertising. If you decline personalized ads, you can still receive contextual or non-personalized ads. You can also manage advertising choices through your Android or Google account settings.

5. How information is used

Information is used to:

• Provide recording, teleprompter, caption, trim, export, and sharing functions;
• Maintain app preferences and local projects;
• Deliver, measure, and protect advertising;
• Diagnose crashes, abuse, fraud, and performance problems;
• Respond to support requests; and
• Comply with law and enforce applicable terms.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We disclose information only as described in this Policy:

• Advertising and service providers: to deliver ads, hosting, security, diagnostics, and technical operations;
• User-directed sharing: when you choose another app or service to receive an exported video;
• Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to valid legal process; and
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws define certain advertising disclosures as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising; applicable controls are described in the section below.

7. Retention

Recordings, scripts, captions, and projects remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Advertising and service providers apply their own retention periods to data they process.

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Decline or revoke camera, microphone, notification, and media permissions;
• Delete local projects and exported files from your device;
• Choose whether to share an export with another service;
• Use consent controls shown in the App and advertising controls provided by Android or your Google account; and
• Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where local law grants those rights.

Residents of jurisdictions with opt-out rights can contact us with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keeping Android and the App updated and protecting access to your device also helps safeguard local recordings.

11. International processing

Advertising, hosting, and support providers can process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, transfers use recognized legal safeguards. Privacy protections can differ between jurisdictions.

12. Changes to this Policy

We can update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, providers, or law. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the App or another appropriate method when required.
